"Was working with them for an out of state wedding, spoke to the owner months out and agreed on a plan, I had to follow up to confirm 2 weeks out and was working to get “cash payment only” to him from out of state (no Venmo, PayPal, cc over phone options allowed). Once I coordinated it all it was going to be an hour late past close, owner in text told me my sister in law”better step on it”, and then when I apologized due to all the coordination needing to occur for cash business resulted in him telling me it’s better for us to go elsewhere… 2 weeks before the wedding. I should have recognized it was weird that this could only be a cash deal from the beginning."

"Ordered flowers to be delivered for my mother’s 60th birthday. I called the company (phone just keeps ringing and no voicemail) to confirm the delivery as I never received any confirmation as to ETA besides a sketchy email. A man finally answered after a second call attempt and was short and borderline rude with me, telling me the flowers would be delivered that day as promised and that he had a new delivery guy starting that day and could not provide me an ETA. The flowers were never delivered two days later and nobody called to update me. This company doesn’t even seem legitimate, and if you look on Yelp, there are many negative reviews about this place regarding the quality of the flowers, customer service, and people not receiving their orders. When you navigate the site further for help, it starts showing information for a company in Arkansas?!! A company that provides services for people’s special days have no room for error or disrespect so quite frankly this is inexcusable. No idea why this is the number one business that Google shows when searching flower services in the Lake Norman area but beware when ordering anything from this company and look elsewhere if you can"
