"I was so very, very pleased with this company. I am a senior citizen with severe hearing loss. I just moved last Friday, September 29th. Arnold, the owner, was so helpful and understanding. The quote was very detailed and clear. I knew what to expect. They worked with me when I had to change the date of my move because of a delay. The 3 movers came early, the were very polite, extremely professional yet personable! They were hard workers. My personal items were handle with care every step of the way. "Absolutely the best movers I’ve had. In the last 8 years I’ve moved 3 times. This last move was very stressful as I was moving to Charleston from Charlotte. The crew arrived right on time for both loading and unloading. They went right to work wrapping all the furniture and breakables for me. I forgot to mention I’m disabled so some things I couldn’t wrap. I said “if it breaks no big deal” but they did it for me. Everyone was friendly and I kept apologizing for things and they said “don’t worry we got it”. They broke down all the beds, which were Sleep number adjustable beds, and set them up for me when they arrived in Charleston. They really took the stress out of moving. Also, they were the best price of all the movers I reached out to. There were no hidden fees that I had to figure out.
