She then finished her orthopaedic surgery residency at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Washington, DC, and underwent further training in pediatric orthopaedic surgery through a fellowship at Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, Delaware.

In her free time, Dr. Mantica enjoys visiting farmers markets, reading fiction, and staying active through running, tennis, and squash. She is available to see patients at the Albany location of The Bone & Joint Center, where she has joined a team of highly skilled providers including trauma surgeon Dr. Ernest Chisena and hand and upper extremity surgeon Dr. Patrick Marinello.
