"Had a great time there with friends Very nice staff and a lot of lanes And a lot of arcades Highly recommended"
"Staff is beyond extreme in their rudeness. I was wowed by the level of rudeness they can show customers. Everytime I asked a question the lady actually rolled her eyes at me. This place is the only bowling alley in the area so they think they can behave however they want and they think it won't affect them. I'm certainly not bringing my family back to this place which has zero regard for the customer."
"Came here for a birthday party. Was very unorganized, the hosts were all over the place. Mistakes in kids names and assigned lanes. Was suppose to be kid drop off party from 4-6pm as per agreement. 4-5pm bowling, 5-5:30 food, 5:30-6pm arcades. Food for kids didn’t come until about 5:27pm. Food for adults didn’t come till 5:40pm. No sorry, no nothing. Very disappointing, wouldn’t recommend for a party. Customer service is non existent. Place is old and needs to be renovated, hire younger staff."
"Went here a week or 2 ago with the wife, our friend and our godson. Swore to myself id never come back to this bowling alley due to staff being racist years prior (tried them twice and both times they treated myself and my friends a certain way). Saw they changed the name and layout of place now (plus we needed something to do due to rainy weather). I thought to myself: third times the charm. Thank God I did. Though there were not alot of staff, the person who was there was friendly and polite. She explained everything and helped with shoes and bumpers for our godson. Place looks a bit dated, but it was still alot of fun. We did 2 hours). I recommend setting reservations as place can get busy. This experience will entice me to try them again one day. Hope it won't be a fluke."
"We had so much fun! We played three games in an hour. I want to mention there was a security guard at the door with a metal detector and made us empty our pockets Which i thought was strange, made me feel unsafe! The place seems a little dingy due to all the signs up about Covid taped all over. The staff at the window isn't very friendly. No more bowling shoes due to Covid if you have sneakers on ,which is good . They raised the prices to 20$ an hour. The food was good and they deliver to your lane.we would go back again. Maybe the ownership changed because the staff is new and not friendly. I wish they had music like they use to, makes it fun. The bar was closed so i don’t know if they serve liquor. Non of the staff were friendly except the owner and the waitress. You must wear a mask to enter. They have hand sanitizer stations too. Place is quiet and dark looking .Its not the brightest fun alley i remember. The staff doesn't greet you when you come or go..They need some cheerful staff and they should play music and make place seem lively."
