"Alec was an absolute LIFESAVER. We arrived after hours to pick up a truck using the 24/7 service and the app was not working. We were on a very tight moving timeline so started to panic a bit. Alec was just about to leave as it was a full hour after closing, but stopped to help us. With his help we were able to get into a truck within minutes. He did not have to do this, but I am so very thankful he did. Thanks Alec!!!"

"Can't say enough about the Manager, Nolan! He went above and beyond to try and help us with our U-Box rentals! He did his best to work with U-Box transport to get our boxes delivered to his facility where we rented a storage unit. The reservation process, customer service and cleanliness at this facility was excellent! (The U-Box process needs to improve their processes, especially when trying to schedule delivery). Highly recommend Nolan!"

"By far, the worst experience I have ever had at a UHaul Facility. Visited the Little River Office to confirm a reservation I made over a month ago. Was told by the front desk individual that that did not have the unit available for me to rent. Unconcerned, unphased and unable to help provide any resolution. After asking to speak to the manager, was informed that it would be 30-45 minutes before he could come to the front desk. No effort was made to correct the mistake they made. I was left not having a place to store my household goods. Fortunately the Pinnacle Storage Facility in Little River was very accommodating and professional and I was able to secure a unit there. Having one day until moving date, this was a terrible situation that UHaul put me in. Customer service is non-existent. The place is a joke!!!! One star given because it would not let me give zero!"

"Months ago was the first time we used this location & honestly, I was being such a “Karen” but they still took great care of us (even before I apologized so that says something in itself). Fast forward to now, just used them again & still great! The staff & manager are awesome. Will continue to use this location!"
