"Our first time using UPS instead of the post office to send a $1050.00 money order, in December, and apparently it didn't make it to its destination, the money orders still have not been cashed and we are now considered delinquent for that bill and having to pay out more money to get it back current, not to mention the $45 WE have to pay to have the money orders refunded ($15 per money order) and when we call the UPS store, the automated system will not let you talk to anyone in the store, unless you have a tracking number, which we do not. Sooooo irritated by this. I will never use UPS again."
