"I had a seizure and the 2 gentleman that came out were wonderful. They had my best interest at heart. They were respectful, gentle, and patient. This was the best ride in an ambulance. They made sure I was warm and comfortable. Even the IV put in by the EMT was smooth. That driver was awesome. Don’t recall him hitting any bumps in the road. I give them 5stars. Thank you for being there when I needed you."
"Yesterday I asked the ems to take me to burgaw hospital and they said I had no choice and took me to bladen county hospital where I was treated awfully! The staff were nice, how ever they refused to do as I wished. About a week and a half ago they took me to a Wilmington hospital as I wished so I don't get why they refused to take me to the hospital I wanted this time."
