"The people that work at this post office are amazing! They're always super friendly amd helpful everytime I go in there. They're fast to answer all my questions especially about which packaging I should use to mail things. I definitely recommend this post office."

"So to start off I am new to the area. I live in Wallace SC but I found the Cheraw post office to be much nicer and more convenient to ship my EBay packages out of. If you have a question or need help I recommend speaking to Wesley Teal. Mr.Teal is very courteous and quite helpful. They even stayed a couple minutes late one day when Mr.Teal helped me package two shipments because I was running late. I have had zero issues with this post office and it is now my go to place for shipping."

"I’ve been waiting on packages since January that I’ve ordered . They have packages piled up to be mailed out. I’ve mailed my sister something important and they still haven’t gotten to her it’s been 3 months. This is very UNPROFESSIONAL and this place needs to be shut down. They are rude. They close early now for no reason. Very very very unprofessional and inconvenient"

"I’ve never had much experience sending things to soldiers out of the country, i work, get off about 3:30 & got there around 4, the door says they close at 5. I get there and begin to fill boxes (whilst being watched by Tina & Wesley Teal) neither one offers any type of help knowing i look clueless. they’re rushing trying to leave. Tina continues to to tell me that I’ve gotta fill out paper work (knowing i came in the store with bags of snacks for soldiers) & theyre closing at 4:30 and i would have to come back tomorrow, i was having trouble filling out paper work and walk to the front to ask questions about how to fill it out. She continues to tell me for a 3rd time that they close at 4:30 and i would have to come back tomorrow. At that point i got rude, told her i heard her the first time & i would just go somewhere else because as a pregnant woman with no experience i felt offended and rushed away just so they could close at 4:30 when the door says 5."

"When I came in one morning there were two ladies behind the counter talking and when I came up to the counter to get help they continued talking without even acknowledging I was there. This lasted for a solid five minutes, now they could have been talking about something work related but neither of them stopped to let me know they’d help me in a moment wasting my lunch break. When one of them finally came over she was extremely rude towards me. I’ve found over time that a lot of the workers act this way towards their customers."
