"Perfect service! The team - John, Abel, and JD (I hope I got all their names right) - ran on time and were quick and efficient getting my furniture and boxes moved from my old apartment to the new place within the time constraints set. They were patient and professional as well. Could not have asked for a better move and it was certainly something I stressed about for a while. I did want to note that during running back and forth from the old place to the new place to move stuff, I did find a crushed can of C4 Energy in my sink and the team appeared to have left behind a roll of shrink wrap but these are not at all grievances as I can be a pretty forgetful person myself too when I’m busy with something and can be prone to leave behind small stuff. I do not think there was any ill intent - it’s all good! All in all, Reign Moving was great yesterday and I will certainly be recommending them for anyone moving within the QC Metro. Edit: I would also like to note this move happened after I left behind a bad review some time ago in response to a technical failure on their end in which communication was not getting through from their website. Owner Jason Julian handled it promptly and professionally shortly after and this alone made me go with Reign for this move. A perfect example of salvaging a customer relationship, which is a very underrated skill not all managers have, believe it or not!"
