"Went into Premier Pawn for the first time today and it was great. The guy in there, Tony, was really helpful and good to talk to. Its funny because the other reviews were almost a deterrent to even go in but I am glad I did anyway. Which actually most of the reviews seemed to be complaining about the prices of things or prices they received for their stuff. I've never understood that because you can always go elsewhere to buy or sell instead of making people believe its a terrible place to go into. I could understand more if it was like bad customer service, but it wasn't. Regardless, my experience was great and you should check them out if you're in the area."

"This is the best pawn shop by far I've been too. They work with you, and will give u more then the big chain competitors, as well as the smaller pawn shops around. The owner is super friendly, and after a visit or two, you begin to feel like family. Highly recommend!"

"I don’t ever leave reviews on any place but this store is horrible. DO NOT come here to sell your gold. I went to sell a 14KT bracelet and the girl that was checking it tried to tell me it was 10KT, she also tried telling me that it doesn’t even have the 14KT marking on it (which it did and was easy to find) and when I showed her it did she started looking bamboozled. I knew she was Bsing and she offered me $70 because it was “10KT” I took it up to “Jewel Recycle” up in Raleigh and they knew it was 14KT and not 10Kt. They gave me $140. PLEASE do not come to this terrible spot"
