"Entrance to the shack needs reworked so don’t have to rope off so far out into the parking area to make it safe for the employees. Very muddy all around the place. Makes a mess inside vehicles when you walk around and get back in your vehicle especially near the recycling bins."

"Great place to do business with, on time and very professional. They go above and beyond to do what you need, even when it's your fault for the failure. Which was I didn't answer my phone to meet driver when he delivered my dumpster, as I requested the phone call. He had already left but was willing and did come back, not even with attitude at all."

"Went last Saturday with a full trailer load only to be told that they don't run the scales on Saturdays (the main day people are able to take their trash off!) This information isn't posted anywhere on their website and when you try to call them to get any kind of info it forwards you to the ATL office which has no earthly idea what the local policies are in Blue Ridge!"

"Was available on Saturday morning to dispose of our trash from a week in our cabin. Wasn't super clear how to use the facility if you have never used this type of a service before. For your regular household trash, you go to the shack to the left and there is a scale to weigh it on and you pay at the shack. But everyone was really nice to us silly city slickers that didn't know what we were doing."

"The scales aren't open at all on Saturday! Most people are working the times they open and close . Would be nice if they open up for atleast a few hours on Saturday . Guess that's why there is so much trash dumped on the side of the road around the town ?"
