"Prompt, courteous service. Received Scheduled Service reminder updates. Had to reschedule an installation due to bad weather and excessive rainfall. I was able to reschedule the service 2 weeks later; perfect! The scheduler (Terrie) was very accommodating. On install day, the Install Technician (Wayne) arrived, as promised and on-time, with 2 tanks and fully prepared to do 1 swap-out and an additional new install on my workshop outbuilding. Shortly after the tanks were set, a Propane Tank Truck arrived to do the initial tank fills. All installation service work was performed in a very professional manner. During testing it was determined that the Main House Propane Regulator was not working correctly / defective and replaced immediately. All appliances were checked for leaks and proper operation. Overall very pleased with the service provided by Thompson Gas!"
