"Do not do business with these people!! They have horrible customer service and couldn’t care less about their customers. My grandmother’s gas was getting very low and I was told it would be two weeks. I explained to the lady there were little kids staying here and she said, “Oh, well….” She didn’t even try to help us. She was also very rude and hateful when we spoke. I would hate to think I treated people who keep me in business like that. I just wanted to warn anyone considering them… DON’T."
"We started with Fort Loudon Propane about 3 years ago, but we were able to purchase our own tank. Fort Loudon let us know they wouldn’t be able to fill our tank because we were longer renting from them. So we left. We called today to see if things had changed and they could fill our tank, the lady was not friendly at all. She only said “account” we said we no longer have an account with you all she huffed and said “well what was the account name then” we let her know and she paused for a minute then said “we can’t take you as a customer”. We asked why and the lie we received was “well with the weather we're focusing on what we have”. If that was the case why was the account name needed in the first place? Rude service."
"Called a week ago to get propane for my home. My whole house runs off propane, my heat, my hot water my stove. They can’t get to me for a good week so I’m supposed to sit at home not able to cook not able to take showers not able to have heat for a week."
"We used to refill our 100lb tanks here until I had a propane leak yesterday and needed a repair man. I dropped by the office on new highway 68 and was verbally attacked as soon as I walked in because I didn't know who's name the account was in. I was upset because of the severity of the leak and was not my sharpest at that moment but to be spoken to and accused of not being a customer and wanting infotainment was insensitive. Never was I ugly back exceptto say..."yall are ugly here". We where a small customer but we where a customer. if you hold accounts on refillable tanks his name was there. Never again"
"First off, the work done was from installers not the company, they have been great. When the installer put in the line ripping through wiring and the shower house sewer line, then patched the break with rags and old tshirt and never said a word about it. Just left it like this. Just wanted people to be aware, hopefully Company will reimburse cost of parts??? Will see..."
