Simply bring your pre-labeled package to the Dollar General location and save yourself an extra trip. You can also redirect your package for pickup at this location and will be notified when it is ready for pickup. Make sure your package is securely sealed, properly labeled, weighs less than 55 pounds, and is smaller than 48" x 25" x 25". There are no additional fees for using this service, and you can drop off pre-packaged and pre-labeled return packages as well. Packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility. International packages with a U.S. originated address are also accepted at this location. Please ensure your package is boxed, sealed, and labeled before dropping it off at FedEx OnSite. Shipping and packing materials are not provided at this location, so make sure your package is "ready to ship" before arrival. For assistance with packing supplies or help packaging items, visit a nearby FedEx Office location or participating FedEx Authorized ShipCenter or Office Depot OfficeMax location in Franklin.
