"My daughter and granddaughter ordered flowers for me for Mother’s Day. The delivery came on Friday and the vase had 4 snapdragons and 3 Lillie’s. I took a picture and sent it to them with a thank you. My daughter was upset as this was not what they had ordered. They had paid a considerable amount and this bouquet looked like a $9.99 bouquet you would by in a grocery store and stuck in a Dollar Tree vase. She called Soirée and they said there must have been a mix up and would deliver what she ordered the next day. Well it just came and definitely still not what they ordered in size or quality. Just because people order from out of town is no reason to give them an inferior product. Below is a picture of what the order was supposed to be and below that what I received. Notice the amount of flowers, the lovely pink vase and it’s size. Certain not in either case what I received."

"Received a get well bouquet of mixed flowers on 31st. Changed added water as needed. All yellow roses turned brown, never opened. The blue flowers had some type of webs all drooped 2nd day. In less than a week, less than have half of arrangement left. My family in Ohio also stated didn't deliver as they ordered. Very disappointed and I am sure for their hard earn dollars, not what they hoped. BEWARE ORDERING VALENTINE BOUQUETS and expect to make it 3-4 days. Photos. First day and today. Soiree Pines contacted me and delivered another bouquet of flowers last Wednesday. I am sure the above review made them nervous. The second bouquet looked better from the start and have lost no flowers since it arrived last Wednesday. If this had been the first bouquet, would give them a five, but the first bouquet was very poor quality."
