"My car was vandalized at AMC theater River Hills 10 on July 27th and I called AAA and Hatton's towing driver Mark came to the rescue. I can't say how much I greatly appreciate all that Mark did to help me in regards to getting my car towed back home as well as helping me to get it covered with tarps it was a very rainy and cold evening and he went above and beyond. All the personnel that I have spoke with at Hatton's towing office has been exceptionally kind and I give them five stars and would highly recommend them to anybody who needs help with their car getting towed etc. Under the circumstances the BEST outcome of this unfortunate situation was me finding out about Hatton's towing. If ever need help with my car again in the future I will definitely be requesting Hatton's Towing. Also if you do have AAA you can request Hatton's Towing. Sincerely, Jill Richardson"

"Mary and Ricky were incredible. We were stranded up a dirt road up the mountain and Ricky backed the tow truck all the way up on just gravel and loaded my truck up no problem. Absolutely incredible customer service. Mary was extremely friendly and happy to help find somewhere to get the truck dropped off for some work. We’re from out of town and didn’t know anybody or anything in the area. Highly recommend!"

"The service was easy to arrange to tow my vehicle. The tow truck driver (wish I remembered his name) war very knowledgeable about cars. He was able to run some tests on site and took my report of the issues and he thought it was going to be a simple fix. He transported my vehicle safely. He also transported myself and my father and there was no extra charge. He was very friendly and conversational yo keep us feeling comfortable. Shared stories about Asheville. The vehicle got dropped off with ease and payment was also easy with card on the phone reader system and I got a text receipt. I thought the price for towing was also fair as it took up a good portion of their time!"
