"Listed as a FedEx on-site facility but is apparently unable to handle printing labels even though that's what fedex's emails direct you to do. Staff is unhelpful. Try the postage express down the road. They have much better staff."
"Driver delivered our package and reported it delivered to a non existent address, Golden Turkey Road, which he left with a contractor. Once driver was notified by Fed ex, driver said he drove twice to location to retrieve package but was unable to bc “S Brown” contractor was no longer there. Complaint against driver was filed. We are new to area and have never encountered such in all the many places we’ve lived throughout country. This is actually the only 1 star review I’ve ever written. As I’ve only written 5 star. I dislike reporting this, but Fed ex you have a very shady driver working for you. Last digits of door tag number is 1905. Last four digits of case number 2519, and claim number against driver is 5246."
