"If only I could give a negative rating! We booked Alvin in January for an October wedding. I paid a $1200 deposit and communicated the final count in a timely manner. On October 28, we waited for the food to arrive. It never came and Alvin did not answer his phone. In an email response about an hour later, he stated that the food had been cooked and loaded on the van, but he didn’t know where the servers were. Of course, we didn’t believe him. I cannot even describe our disappointment. My son and my nephew raced to the grocery store to buy hamburgers and hotdogs. A perfect wedding day was ruined for the bride and groom and their 32 guests. What a disgrace this caterer is!"

"Alvin catered our small destination wedding reception and did a wonderful job! The food was delicious! He gave us plenty of food and even threw in some extras for us! On a very short notice I decided I wanted a couple of servers to help set up the food and he helped me book two lovely servers who showed up and did everything they were asked to! "Alvin catered our daughter's wedding reception in September. It was fabulous! The guests raved about the food. The meal was delivered on time to the hotel event space. There was more food than everyone could eat so we gave the rest to the hotel staff and they raved about it as well. We had a fruit tray, salad, BBQ meatballs, mashed potato bar, fettuccine with alfredo and marinara, sliced beef tenderloin, pulled pork BBQ sandwiches, garlic rolls, green beans, mixed vegetables and potato soup. Great communication all the way through the process and Alvin was helpful, respectful and wonderful to work with. Cannot say enough good things!"

"A big shout out to Alvin for this customized Taco bar!! We, family of 40 people visited Gatlinburg on July 4th weekend and we’re looking for vegan/vegetarian catering options. I reached out to Alvin in June for the same and he happily agreed to cater our needs. He has a lot of vegetarian and vegan options in the menu but we wanted something more customized. The food was really yummy and delivered on time. I wanted to take better pictures but it was so good that our family just couldn’t wait. Thanks Alvin!"
