"Customer service in office is great. Delivery is very poor. Frequent lost or never-delivered mail. Can’t seem to find our mailbox despite same location beside many other boxes for 50+ years. Amazon packages often delayed or never arrive."

"I've lived here for years, this Tuesday I came in and the sweetest clerk was working, I had some trouble with the card and she was so patient with me and talked with me while everything got sorted. When you get my age most people treat you like you don't matter but this young lady was helpful, I'm sure she wont remember me coming in but her kindness made my week. I cant recall her name to compliment her to the big boss but she has the prettiest blue eyes, reminded me of my wife before the cataracts . On behalf of others like me, I also want to thank her for keeping her mask on, it's dangerous times for us old folks and these selfish people in this old town just make it harder."

"I was told not to drop off my prepaid packages anymore at the back door because the worker said she was too busy! I'm sorry isn't taking packages in your job? I was told any prepaid packages could be dropped off at the back door, it even has bulk drop off hours on the website. Too busy for mail, thats hilarious! Maybe she needs a different job"
