"The folks at this Post Office do their best at providing customer service and doing their job. Their best is polite, courteous, and dependable."
"my package arrived a week ago and they have not put it out yet, until we called them, they have had it for over a week and didn't give it to me"
"I usually just go in, get my mail, and get out, but today was different. I ordered a package online where the company does not deliver to PO Boxes. No big deal, I put my street address where I have received packages before. I was expecting a package to be delivered to my house, but instead was shoved in my box, bent, with a rude note written over the front saying I have to put my PO Box # on all my mail, not my street address. I went to the desk and explained the company I ordered from does not ship to PO Boxes and asked why my package was not shipped to my house, like the address stated. The woman I spoke to, I believe she is over the post office and is always rude, began telling me I have to have my mail sent to the post office and I HAVE to put my number on there and they would not send my mail to my house. I asked why they couldn't deliver the package to my house as they have done before? She now was raising her voice saying "Next time just put your PO Box, I don't care what the website says. You put your home address which we do not deliver to anymore." The mailbox in front if my house gets mail from 5 different houses, but they won't put a package on my porch despite the fact they have done it before? This woman is always rude, I have heard her yell at her employees, and refuse them time off even though they have sick leave. She is always there, and I know from a friend that works at the same post office that she will purposely schedule other employees minimum hours so she gets more than everyone else"
