"The customer service is absolutely wonderful. They not only sent me a photo of the delivery to our home, they also gave me a call to make sure we would know the flowers were on our front porch! The flowers are so beautiful, and very nicely arranged. They take excellent care of the entire process. We are so pleased with their care and concern. They provide an excellent service."
"The first experience was great which is the reason I ordered again from them. This time the manager told me that the flowers were fresh. The photos does not show the extent of how wilted/ faded the blooms were on delivery. I felt horrible as I had sent the arrangement as a gift (these photos were sent to me by the recipient). I called to inform them about the state of the flowers and I also spoke with the manager; whom apparently called the recipient of the flowers and was completely unprofessional. Shouting as well as "giving an attitude" to a customer is completely unacceptable. If the customer service was good then I would have overlooked the situation. I will not be doing business here again as my business is not appreciated. Also, I paid extra for an upgrade and this is the what was sent. Nothing like the photo."
