"I was initially delivered flowers that were already dead and did not receive the bear that was supposed to be paired with the flowers. When we initially called we were told it was out of stock and that Pickens Country Florist had already started the refund for it. So I called the following day to get the flowers replaced because the roses, lillies and the other flowers in the vase were wilting. She then asks me "Can you explain how you know that they are wilting? "I stated that the roses were already brown and they look lifeless. In the vase I never received any flower food for it. But I offered to bring the old flowers to them and to get the replacement. The arrangement looked better than the ones I received the day before but was not what we originally wanted. In that new arrangement I still did not receive any flower food. Then she proceeds to say "Oh and we forgot to include this in your order last time." How do you go from saying it was Out of Stock to simply just forgetting what should have been in the order? I got the new order of flowers May 28 and they did not even make it to a week which they should have done. The flowers I was given both times were horribly picked. Flowers from the grocery store have lasted longer than these and the money spent on these flowers were a waste. I could not even enjoy the meaning of these flowers because of the horrible up-keep from this florist. When I called to talk about this with the florist she was extremely rude and I will ensure not to promote this Floral Shop."
