"I called around 4:30 pm...asked if I could have some files printed. They said "sure, email us." Even on the phone, they were not very helpful. It was their tone. I walk in, and they are a bit confused as to what is going on, and finally tell me that the internet is down. I said, I called 5 minutes ago. The owner lady comes out and is just completely rude to me saying "well, its not my fault, I didn't know the internet was down" in the most rude tone. I just feel like they are stressed out people who work there, the owners at least, and are not very helpful, apologetic, or even have a nice tone with the customers. I'll choose another local printing agency."
