"I have never pawned anything before and was checking things out. Front desk man was helping me and what I assume to be the owner jumped in looked over the my bags from my used collection. I just wanted to see if I could pawn out for $150 bc I didn’t have my wallet on me nor a working apple wallet. He’s response was “not interested” bc of my LV duffel bag was worn on the side-very snotty uppy I’m better then you attitude. I said thanks for your time. He’s response was then “ if you have some LV dog collars I’ll take those…” …… I don’t know you you don’t know me sir, I very much felt disrespected from my perception how he handle my 1st time there. I should of asked who he was and continue with greg. Out of respect to him I walked away. I have two from my dog that passed away but they have hair on it I doubt you want them."

"The only pawn shop I have ever known to close at 5pm. Most people work 9am to 5pm. It's not rocket science. Your business ad on Google says 9am-5:30pm but your door sign says differently. Will not be returning!"
