There are no additional fees for using this service, and packages can be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility. International packages with a U.S. originated address are accepted as long as they have a completed printed label using a FedEx account number or credit card payment. Please note that this location does not provide shipping or packing materials, so packages must be dropped off "ready to ship." For assistance with packing supplies or help packaging items, customers can visit a nearby FedEx Office location or participating FedEx Authorized ShipCenter or Office Depot OfficeMax locations.
