"The Doctors and NP's at this pratice are completely incompetent. We have been going there since the birth of my Son. We told them at the hospital the doctor said he might have a tounge tie. He started to lose weight. They never checked it. He has been struggling to eat for 4 months suffering. He is losing weight again. We go in to talk to them again they essentially say its my wife's fault and we should switch to forumla. This makes no sense because she produces milk just fine. So she see's a lactation specialist today. The woman asks what Peds doctor we are using. We say Grello. She litteraly tells us to get out of there because she has heard horror stories before. She evaulates my wife and child and immediately says this is a sever tounge tie. Your son litteraly cannot eat properly and is using accessory muscles to try and eat. My wife and I are not doctors we rely on people who went for school for this stuff and work in this field every day to tell us what is going on with out child. How can this specialist figure out our problem in a matter of seconds, but appointment after appointment we see these people and they just keep trying to push forumla saying my wife is producing enough. They did not check for the tounge tie, they did not check for allergies or reflux nothing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because our friend uses them. But I just knew something was off from the beginning. Also the rooms are horrible, they are so small and depressing and you always wait forever for the doctor. Save yourself the stress go elseware."

"I have been bringing my daughter here since her birth almost four years ago and now I bring my newborn son. Office staff is always pleasant when coming in. If I call with a question they are always helpful. All of the doctors and nurses make sure we leave there with all questions answered in a clear and respectful way."

"I've been coming to this office for years, the nurse and the doctors are very nice and helpful, I wish I could say the same for their front desk office. I had an appt. at 2pm, I arrived at the parking lot and called them at 1:57 pm. No one answered so I started to get out of my car and take the stroller out with my daughter. I Walked inside and it was 1:59 pm. The front office staff (caucasian woman with blonde straight hair up to her shoulders with a pink orange flannel shirt looks like she's in her late 50's muffled under her breathe with a annoyed face and said in a nasty way "Did she not read the sign! out loud as she walked away from the front desk after her impolite comments). I then told the other staff lady (she was also a caucasian lady with white and black hair in a bun ) "Excuse me, that was really rude, you do know I hear you???....my appt is at 2pm??? what is the problem??" They both ignored me when I said excuse me again and expressed how I felt about her coworker being extremely rude to my daughter and myself for coming in one minute earlier than my appointment time which again was at 2pm!! I heard them complain about their lunch break and then proceeded to tell me to go inside to the room to be seen. Never apologized for being rude just rushed me inside and totally ignored the issue. They need to hire new office staff because the way they treat patients is appalling and as Im reading the reviews for their office Im not the only one who's ever had an issue with their front staff!!! It's so sad their front office is still managed in such an unprofessional way!! Dr. Christina was amazing I must say, she answered all my questions, informative and was great with my daughter!!! I expressed to her how extremely rude the front staff was and she apologized for the issue. Overall the doctors and nurses are amazing, but the Front office Staff is HORRIBLE!!! Not sure if I even want to go back because of how uncomfortable and unprofessional they treat the patients who go there. I never write reviews but after the way I was treated by their front staff in such an ill mannered way I had to warn other parents before coming to this office and hopefully the supervisor sees this and trains them to be more mature and professional front staff (expected this behavior from teenagers not grown women in their late 50's or 60's, and to the lady with the blonde hair up to her shoulders Grow up and get another job that doesn't deal with helping people)"

"The front office staff is appalling and plain rude....Could not believe how disgusting they treat the people who come in with their children to get their wellness visit. Dr. Christina Robles was very pleasant on the other hand, informative and answered all questions. Just not sure if I would ever come back to this office such a shame because I really loved the doctor but to come back to speak to the extremely rude staff I rather not. 5 stars for the doctor and zero for the front staff."

"Dr. Christine was amazing with my son. Very personable and kind. She was also patient not only with him but myself. She answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything in great detail. She is definitely in the right profession. I will never go to another office"
