"*Editing the old review below with a new review 1/2024 because they have greatly improved their staffing and doctors. Office staff improved as well as the ability to see a doctor* Called and asked for an appointment with a doctor for my son. The secretary made me the appointment. I asked her which doctor would we would be seeing, and she said Nicole. We went in for the appointment, and I asked for reassurance which doctor we would be seeing, and she said Nicole. While I was waiting, I looked at the staff online and discovered that Nicole was not a doctor. I went up to the same secretary I spoke with and said Nicole isn't a doctor. I asked her if there were any doctors here. She said no, we dont have doctors here. I said, "You just told me that Nicole was the doctor I was seeing." She said well she's just like a doctor. " I was stunned. I should have looked up the staff before making my appointment to make sure they have actual doctors available. I didn't expect staff to lie to me."

"I am 34 and have a 3yo and 1 yo whom I bring to this pediatrician. I was a patient here my entire life (until I aged out!) as well as my sister, brother, and 2 cousins who live locally. my daughter sees Dr. Bob, who myself and whole family saw growing up, and my son sees Dr. Andy, who my cousins saw. we love them both, and love the other doctors and PA's, as well as the nurses and other staff."

"If I could give a place less than one star I would. This is the worst place to go get anything done. I went with my daughter to get a physical and my experience was awful. The front desk was absolutely the rudest. They charged me $10 for an office administration fee and had stated that was always an implementation, but after being at the office for 9 plus years, I had never heard of an administration fee and as I voiced my concern with them they continued to have a rude tone. I called my insurance company to clear this up, and they informed me that they had never heard of an administrator fee that I had to pay at any doctors. The office manager continued to say that if I bill the insurance I would have to pay up to $100, however my insurance company when I called had stated that I in fact did not need to pay anything and the insurance wouldn’t ask me for anything. The office manager had come out through this process and was so rude. She continued to go in the back and stop the nurse from checking on my daughter as she already started the physical. The doctors are also no help and they are all lost and do not know what they are doing. If you have a problem they don’t have anyone who can solve it. Worst place to get anything done, for a pediatrics center they don’t care about kids and they don’t mind being rude to whoever is in their way."

"The front desk is great, polite, and picks up. But left because would be seen by nurse when booked appt with PA. Also, when they left prohealth all billing became via paper and appts only on phone. I need online access. Dr. Andrew is great but no point if not being seen by him when book appt with him."

"Very unwelcoming place. If you're not white you will not have a great experience here. Ladies at the front desk gossip about you right in front of you, they don't pick up the phone on a regular basis, and they mess up scheduling. They treat people of color like burdens and couldn't be bothered. They basically get paid to sit on their a$$es, eat , & chat all day. In addition to this, the place has very limited parking space and the indoor interior needs a serious revamp. The waiting area has uncomfortable seats, their public restroom only caters to one person at a time, and get this, how does a PEDIATRICIAN'S office which is supposed to be for kids & teens not have WIFI ?! when all kids do is nag their parent for their phone & play on their iPad. SMH"
