"I live on private lane and its random if the driver will be bring a package. Sometimes they leave it in the middle of a the lane which has multiple people living on it. Thankfully I have honest neighbors but anyone driving by could take it. If they don't leave it in the road, but I have to pick it up, they mark it as pick up "per customer request". This is obviously not correct, but they do it to skew their stats to a more positive outcome, which is just dishonest."

"Went to pick up a package that had arrived on the 18th of October but since the delivery date wasn’t scheduled until tomorrow the 19th the lady wouldn’t even give it to me!"

"So far I have not had but 1 interaction with the staff and the lady was very helpful helping me change some information associated with a post office box. Other than that I go in and check the box which is mostly filled with advertisements and other junk mail. I've gone in nights and weekends when there is nobody there. The place is clean and safe. I wished they had more parking on the street in front of the door but that's just because I'm a little lazy and don't want to walk..."

"I have complained over and over about how they treat my oversized mail, some say do not bend, and they do it anyway. I asked the male driver "why not walk up and leave it on my porch?" He actually said if he did that for everyone that he'd never get home by 5pm! Smh yesterday I got a msg that my package was delivered and I looked out on my porch and it's not there. Sometimes I feel they do stuff on purpose. Where's my package ? Where did u deliver it to?"

"I literally watch them pull up and drive off and then leave a notice saying there was an issue with delivery- how about the workers just stop being incompetent and deliver the dang packages? Are you kidding me?"
