"My children were new patients and after scheduling my appointments and confirming them I received a call that they wouldn’t be able to keep the appointment as the doctor would be away so they had to reschedule in which I was fine with. They scheduled my kids for separate days and I showed up with my son for what was supposed to be his first appointment and because he has allergies in which I not only explained to them, but they also had documentation of his previous medical records stating that, they made a determination that my child was sick and could not see him. I explained that he was not sick and due to his allergies he wakes up stuffy and was told the doctor whom didn’t even have the audacity to come out and look at my son who was clearly running around and not sick made a determination behind closed doors that he will do a sick visit and not a wellness visit as due to his stuffy nose that was a “symptom” of COVID. I ended up canceling both my children’s appointments and explained to them that as a medical facility they are here to do a job not to assume everyone has COVID without even seeing them first. (Also let me note that my son had been previously tested the week before with negative results which they had on file as well) It appears our world doesn’t care about any other illnesses other then COVID today and because of doctors such as this one people are no longer being cared for properly and loosing their lives. I would NOT RECOMMEND this doctor or their facility and if I could have I would have given zero stars."
