"Not a taxi service. Medical transport only. Not located where Goggle says. People weren't friendly. One star is more than they deserve. Goggle shows them as a transportation service but only if you have medical needs. They need to update their Goggle account and make it clear they are not a taxi service. When you search for taxis they come up."

"I wanted to write this review in reference to Miller Non-Emergency Ambulance service. I am a Case Manager at an area hospital and we have used them for a while now for transporting patients when they are discharging from our hospital to a skilled facility or home. I just have to say that today, they knocked it out of the park. The drivers have always been on time, courteous and helpful when picking up or delivering our patients but today we had requested them for a patient with ALS that has been with us for approximately 4 months and has not seen his 4 year old child in 5 months. The drivers not only sat patiently for him to have time to visit his wife and child, they actually walked the dog and entertained the child so the wife could visit with the patient alone. I am beyond grateful that this company would take the time to see the "Human" side of our patients and allow this family some precious time together instead of just dollar signs. I will forever be grateful!"

"I don’t believe this place even deserves one star. Today my grandmother got out of her doctors appointment at 1:45 and did NOT get picked up until 4:15 when they was called by her doctors BEFORE 2 o’clock letting them know that she was about to get out of her appointment. She called, her doctors called AND I called in that wait. Whoever I spoke with on the phone was very patient with me but whoever is in charge of getting that van there needs to have their job taken. My grandmother sits on her spine basically and has to sit in them uncomfortable chairs for OVER 3 hours. Which is UNCALLED for in any circumstance. Also whoever picked her up this morning for her appointment was very rude toward her. Trust and believe if I could find a way to get myself off work to take her myself to every appointment I would before I ever recommend her getting this place to take part in bringing her back and forth anywhere."

"Their vans are clean and the driver's are really good to you and the people in the office is really nice to."
