"Purchased 2 products from this company through a local supplier in the Toronto area. Had to prepay and waited 6 weeks to receive damaged product. Brought this to the attention of supplier upon pick up, and was told "this is the nature of the beast, and it is fixable, all you have to do have it filled and sanded". Damage included a 30" gouge down the length of the top (thin) edge of the 72" length profile, as well as 2 puncture marks (looks like inventory tags or some other tool created holes) through the product, 12" into the length. Quality control seems VERY POOR, and most certainly NOT Crafted with PRIDE in the US. Very disappointed!"
