"terrible attitude. creates a hostile environment on every appointment. keep your kids away.medical knowledge is not up to date, gives you an attitude if you don't want your child to get the flu shot. My child doesn't like her and therefore doesn't like to speak to her when we visit. Because of this I guess she got mad and told me my child is a select mute!!!! Lucia is NOT a behavioral specialist therefore by diagnosing someone with a behavioral disorder let alone misdiagnose is outside the scope of her license and needs to go back to school if she wishes to continue practicing medicine. I feel personally that she should retire. She had the nerve to tell my 5 year old that she didn't have all day to wait for her to hop on one foot after my child had expressed she didn't want to... my child was clearly upset by this almost to the point of tears and after that I let her have a piece of my mind. Lucia has deplorable interpersonal skills. I will be sending my child back to her original pediatrician from before we moved to the city. Never had I met a doctor who is as rude and bitter as Lucia. Heaven forbid you are against fluoride. She will beat you down with her beliefs like a dictator on how fluoride is good for you even though the evidence in many studies claim otherwise especially with over fluoridation .. She also expects you to believe that the flu shot works immediately after getting it. FYI flu shots take 2 weeks for antibodies to develop to be able to protect against the strains covered in the shot!!! when I told her this she insisted that I was wrong. I don't trust her with my daughter's health and neither should you."
