"Very Irresponsible people. Nobody wears a mask (not even the doctors). They don’t follow social distancing. Waiting time is ridiculous. The whole place is packed with people and nobody is wearing a mask. They don’t have respect for your time at all. I called in advance to ask if they are wearing masks and they said they did, but when I went in there nobody had a mask on. You wait for hours to see the doctor and doctor is with you only for few minutes and rushes out of the door."

"We came to the doctor with 3 months old baby by emergency. The experience with doctor was fine, she was adequate, polite and thoughtful, even though she didn't call us back to check on our baby, as she promised. The office was not appropriately cleaned though, it was overcrowded, small children were playing on the dirty floor. The bathroom had awful order and wasn't clean, it didn't even had any tissues to wipe your hands with. But the most what shocked us was the experience with the billing department and people who worked there. It was a total disaster. Their nasty attitude and rudeness just completely shocked us. The person by name Rosalie screamed at us, hanged up the phone several times and warn us against coming to this office and making the appointment with Dr. Roth again. She neither couldn't normally listen nor give the normal explanation what the issue was. We won't come to this office again, ever."
