"Absolutely the BEST DOCTOR! I am not a patient of the Doctor Preis any more, but I've been a patient with two sons of mine from 2018 till 2020. Today extraordinary situation happened. My daughter who is 1y5m old is sick for 4th day already, having diarrhea, vomiting, feeling unwell, with no energy. I was trying to get an appointment with her doctor in PA (cause we live in PA, not in NY anymore), and was not accepted with the sick appointment. I asked her doctor to at least call me and tell what to do, what I can give her to eat, to drink. No, nothing has been done! What do you think, I called Oded Preis office and explained everything, I begged them to give me call with guidance what to do with my baby, or to take me the same day, I was ready to travel for 3 hours to reach his office. He DID! He called me, he told me so nicely and politely what to give her to eat, to drink, how many days, what to do after. Bless you dear Doctor! Thank you for being so kind! And, also, I thank the receptionists who took this call and never told me that it's not possible to do!"

"If you want to deal with the AWFUL receptionist staff here then be my guest but they are lazy and incompetent human beings. They will also not bill things correctly like they told me I'd get my first visit payment back. When my son's insurance did come they refused to bill it; thus I never got my money back. Even after I asked about it several visits in a row and my insurance told me if they sent it that it would be covered. Great to get brushed off for months that's real customer satisfaction you got there. Everyone has an attitude over the phone, here is an idea if you hate your job so much find a new one. Several times, I made appointments and called the day before to confirm because they almost never make confirmation calls and half the time they didn't even schedule him. Good doctor but he needs better staff ASAP. Save your time and money by dealing with less ignorant staff. Oded himself is a good doctor he has lots of patients so expect to be rushed in and out. Overall because of his terrible staff I rate this a 1."
