"Update: this branch has cancelled my child’s appointment THREE times within a 2 month period. They leave me a voicemail 45min-1hr before my scheduled appointment. It’s so last minute that I only found out our last appt was cancelled when I got to the office and the door was locked and the lights were off. It’s ridiculous. I have to change nap and wake schedules to accommodate these doctor appointments but only to find out the appointment is cancelled. They have the practitioner go to a different location when someone calls out and they just cancel all the appointments for here. Very unreliable and they don’t honor appointments they schedule!!! We just took our newborn here for her first pediatrician visit and we loved it. Dr. Ho is so patient and explained everything in detail. She helped relieve a lot of the stress of being new parents and went over everything ensuring we understood what we should do for our baby. The office is also very clean and new. The front office staff is super nice and sweet. So happy we found a Pediatrician that we like!!"
