"Please beware of “surprise billing” at this practice. Although my child’s annual wellness checkup was covered by insurance, Allied billed us for vision, hearing, behavioral and emotional assessments that were previously covered when it was Dr Gordon’s practice. Left a sour taste when I received the bill a few weeks after the visit. I own a small business and would be out-of-business if I didn’t discuss fees and prices with customers prior to commencing jobs."

She must be great with everyone, but she is amazing with my tween son - love that there is a pediatrician so adept with adolescent medicine too! "I’ve always been appreciative of Dr. Gordon’s office, but never more so than this past year. We first met Dr. Gordon over five years ago, when our daughter was born, and felt comfortable immediately. For all of her experience and knowledge, Dr. Gordon also exudes the warmth, compassion and patience you’d hope for in your pediatrician. Since then, we have had wonderful experiences with the entire team, Dr. Gordon, Dr. Edghill, Kristen, Erica and Kelsey, be it a well exam, an illness or a fall; during the pandemic, whenever I’d seek out a telehealth appointment, Jonathan always guided me through the process with thoughtfulness and efficiency, and we are grateful for that as well. But what makes this practice really stand out to me and my family is the extraordinary attention and care they provided when our son, just shy of two years, required multiple hospitalizations for kidney infections and, ultimately, bladder surgery. This all occurring during a pandemic meant only one parent could stay overnight in the hospital; the infections and surgery totaled eleven nights. It was Dr. Gordon’s office who first saw us and urged us to go to the emergency room (absolutely the right thing to do) and who checked in with me every single day. A hospital is a challenging place to navigate, more so during a pandemic, but I always felt fully supported by Dr. Gordon’s office, and it was both a boost to my morale and panacea for my anxiety. I will never forget this kindness."

I’ve been going to here with both kids for the past 4 plus years and after some bad experiences with Tribeca and their in and out pace, I was so grateful to find Dr. Gordon’s practice. Dr. Edgehill is not only good with kids but with parents too.) she is so thorough and lovely. She’s insanely fast with vaccine giving that my kids don’t even flinch. She is so warm and attentive to my children that I can’t imagine anyone else with my kids. My children look forward to seeing her every time. I want to also say that since Jonathan has been working there, things have been running extremely smoothly. He is quick to return your call and schedule an appointment when needed. He is polite and professional and am so grateful he has been added to the office. Scheduling an appointment or contacting a doctor is never a stressful experience. Thank you Jonathan for your amazing work! They also have a patient portal which makes ordering a document or form for school is super simple and convenient. I love this place and am lost without them."
