"I didn't like him when we met because he seemed so arrogant...but after going to him for a while he's actually really cool. He listens to your concerns and answers all questions. He seems to be the only doctor in the office that doesn't rush you out of the room. Nice guy...just be patient lol."

"Dr. Lau is Lau-zy. My wife and I took our newborn here for her first visit out of the hospital and neither of us felt comfortable enough to return again in the future. I was permitted to bring the baby in the room and then told I had to leave (even after showing a vaccine card and recent covid negative test) I had to bargain to be able to go in and at least talk to him while he was with my daughter. He spoke to us like a drill sergeant, was not engaging and didn't seem to care much at all. When asking about shots and vaccines he related it to 'taking out the garbage' and didn't explain anything else or provide insert information. I thought maybe it's just a case of rudeness or arrogance but after going to another pediatrician we realized how we should have felt going to the baby's doctor and the difference in treatment is nothing less than unprofessional. I wouldn't trust my child here even if she was sick."
