They are attentive, great with kids, and have never steered us wrong."

"I have to agree that the receptionists and nurses at Dr. Ancona's office are rude. They may not acknowledge a person when they walk in or are waiting to be seen. They tend to not listen or have compassion for the parent. However, there are nurses that are very kind and friendly but their mainly the male nurses. As far as the doctors are concerned, i have to say again that they are GREAT!!! Very compassionate and they listen to every word you say. They smile, laugh and joke around making it a delightful visit when your really upset and worried which makes it so much easier to calm down. They are detailed and very respectful. Although the nursing/receptionist staff is not up to what they should be, the docs make up for it. I love Dr. Ancona's office... Oh by the way... Dr. Richard Ancona is a wonderful doctor. Forget everything else cause your kids are safe at this office. Highly recommend taking your kids here."
