"I called from out of state on Saturday for flowers to be delivered for a birthday on Monday. The lady was very nice on the phone and quoted a charge of $l00.00, including delivery, for an arrangement of English roses, stating she would text me a picture. The flowers were not delivered, and she charged my credit card $128.00. All calls went straight to voice mail when I tried to reach her. A friend went to the address given on her website to pick up the flowers and found it is not a business, but a mobile home. Zero star rating for Candler House of Flowers."
