"Very out of system staff I emailed them my sons record and they didn’t reply if anything is missing When i called back they after that started to see my email and said you miss more info And when i sent the required info. I again didn’t get any reply if all is done!!! And now tomorrow is weekend and i wasn’t able to get appointment because the clinic is closed when i call if anything is needed or get me appointment!!! "Date: 5/24/2022 Few days ago, I wrote a review on Caring Pediatric associate because the nurse on duty conducted the throat swab test in a very aggressive manner. After the test my son was complaining of throat pain for few days. I requested Dr. Ashourzadeh to take appropriate measures regarding this issue, but he called my wife and used a very foul language. I tried to talk to him in a polite way, but he was keep screaming, & using inappropriate language and eventually hanged up on me. Basically, he tried to threaten me to take the review down. I was shocked and upset with his unprofessional behavior. I would strongly recommend the long-Island community to stay away from his office. He is very unprofessional and unethical."

"Very poor. My autistic son was a patient since birth. After turning 16 I received a call to confirm insurance. I have great coverage never turned down. Gold insurance. They told me they don't accept and bailed. I called insurance and they told me they are in plan. Called back and verbally abused by staff. Realized they are sinking and bailed to a great doctor same area. When I tried to get his history was abused by staff. Wants me to pay for records after they dumped me. I went there and blew up and they relented. A disgrace. New doctor said many bailing and has no idea what happened. All calls to Dr. A never returned. Quality after 16 years with a special needs child. Here is my take: STAY AWAY. New office staff buried practice. They are poor. No child should have to deal with this neglect."
