"Dr Rosen is great. She's patient, kind and a mother herself who just gets it. She and/or her nurses are accessible and always get back to you fast. She's great with babies and she really helped us out of a tough time. The reviews below seem unfair and irrelevant to her as a doctor - but rather individual experiences frustrated with appt times or billing. Parents looking for this care are likely sensitive, so it's important to note as a Dr. she's fantastic."

"Had an appointment for 9:30am. I took my son out of school and we drove 45 mins in rush hour traffic one way. There was no text message, VM or email reminder/call with information/confirmation about this appointment or directions. We get to the 500 building and park in the back. After walking around for 10 minutes (not finding Yale health on the first directory), I finally spot a sign AROUND THE CORNER from the elevators and directory, with info to go out the front door and around to the other door. After getting up to the office, we wait in line only to be told we need to wait in another line (again, ZERO signs) because we are new. When I finally get to the front of the line, they tell me the appointment was for 9am. I never would have made a 9am appointment because I have to take my other child to school beforehand and would never have made it on time, having to drive 45 minutes. I tell them this, show them the appointment time in my phone. They contacted Dr. Rosen who refused to see us – it is 9:15 and the mistake was theirs, not ours. We waited 3 months for this appointment. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else where they actually care about you and are better organized. Also, they had no problem sending me multiple texts and emails with an “Estimate Summary” telling me that I owe $373.75 for the appointment even though I have BCBS PPO insurance that they claim they take. When I called to inquire about why I was receiving these “estimate summaries” when I have insurance, the person who answered the phone had no idea what I was talking about. Because of course she didn’t! Stay away!"

"Poor Business Practices and Patient Experience Sent me to collections only a few months after seeing Dr. Rosen for a lousy $50. Made no good faith effort to contact me to collect the balance after insurance portion paid prior to sending me personally to a collection agency. Overly aggressive business practices from Dr. Rosen and Yale Medicine. Disappointing and petty."
