"To be honest my family has been visiting this office for 5 years and the doctor is very nice and cordial, but I’ve never had my concerns addressed or my questions answered. It’s like I’m just expressing my concerns and she would just deny the possibility and advise me to just Medicaid the Tylenol and the issue would resolve itself . Now more recently since Covid these past two years I’ve been taking my daughter and everytime I would call to be seen for a sick visit she would advise me to go to urgent care. I understand maybe in Covid but two years after even now 2022 I am being denied a visit to my own pediatrician and have to visit urgent care instead. She will not see my kids until they visit urgent care or even the emergency room. It’s ridiculous. When my daughter was having breathing issues and coughing I went to urgent care three days in a row and the urgent care told me I can’t visit because my daughter needs to be seen by a pulmonologist and pediatrician because she may have asthma. I then spoke to dr.Yoon again about this and she would not see my daughter she would say I cannot treat her take her to a pulmonologist. It doesn’t matter if you can treat her or not I have to follow up with my pediatrician as urgent care advised me several times. I ended going to a pulmonologist that the urgent care recommend because dr.Yoon did not even refer me to one. I hope you will have a better experience but overtime I’ve given up."
