"Dr. Hall is ok but dismissive . I took my son there and I had concerns about his delayed mild stones and lack of eating . He continuously told me it’s normal and not to worry . My son is not 19 months now and he told me it’s ok that he doesn't eat or say more that 3 words ( NOT NORMAL AT ALL ) . After I took him to another doctor I found out that my son is in need of speech therapy as well as a few other therapies . He brushed off all my concerns and didn’t care to refer me to anyone or listen to my concerns. We are in a new age of time and I personally do not feel he is up to date . I’m glad I left that office because now my son gets the real help he needs ."

"I have known Dr Hall for over 25 years and he is ver good. The receptionist is the worst person I have ever encountered and she lacks knowledge of the basic information required for the position. She is rude and downright disrespectful and doesn’t belong in a front desk position. She makes up her own rules and doesn’t know not even the basic CDC rules and guidelines. After speaking with her 3 times and asking her what if any documents I will need before taking my child to see Dr Hall she said I didn’t need anything because my child was recently seen at that location. I was given a 2:30pm appointment and even called her prior to leaving my house when I arrived (on time) for my appointment I was told there are 2 people waiting to see the doctor and I can wait inside with all these people. I chose to wait outside and after an hour I was still waiting. When I asked what was happening she got upset and told me the doctor is on an emergency conference call. If she had some basic customer service skills she could have told me to delay leaving my house since the doctor was on the conference call prior to me calling the 1st time and there were 2 patients waiting to be seen. This is in the wrong job overall.....lack of basic medical skills and lack of basic customer service skills."

"I've been taking my daughter for 15 years now since she was born. They have a new receptionist who is rude and lack hospitality skills. I'm very displeased with the treatment I've received. She needs to be fire! Loyal since 2003 Mount Vernon location"

"One of the best. I never looked back since the first day I went there. He has been my son's pediatrician since birth. I also love the staff, they are very helpful. I wouldn't trade this doctor for anyone else."
