Red Lobster

"Long story short...our food was cold...steak was extremely over done...and potatoes were like rocks...HOWEVER...spoke to our server and manager...both were extremely apologetic and offered us something else..Asked manager if she could remove our meals and she did with no questions asked. Will absolutely be back as we understand sometimes restaurants have an off night...Looking forward to next time"

"The menu is quite pricey compared to other chains but the southwest shrimp bowl was reasonably priced and incredibly flavorful!! I was surprised by how delicious it was."

"The special a lobster tail and grilled shrimp was fresh tasting, and the side of broccoli was a healthy choice during the holidays when it's easy to overdo. Rachel, our server, was prompt and friendly. I appreciated being seated in a cozy booth away from other customers, and there was no noisy distractions, allowing for unhurried conversation."

"Being that I’m a traveler. I’m always eating out. I felt like an alien and unappreciated. But the host was very polite. My waiter on the other hand didn’t know I did reviews. He only came to my table to get my order, bring my food and the check. NEVER asked if I wanted a dessert, was a finish or was everything OK?, my brussels sprouts were dried out and burnt. My stuffed flounder with lobster was average. Would I recommend red lobster to someone else, Yes but this particular one… NO! The biscuits were awesome and the fries were good, that’s how they got their two stars from me. Service is EVERYTHING to EVERYONE"
