"They called ahead to verify before sending an 18 wheeler to a neighborhood without a lift gate for a several hundred pound package (I messed up and did not request a lift gate from the sender) Office staff were helpful and friendly. Security gates/doors never had more than a few seconds wait. Warehouse staff went above and beyond when I picked up a package that was too heavy and even helped me cut the metal straps when I forgot to bring cutters. Everything moved quickly and smoothly and the facility looks modern and brand new. If you are arriving for the first time, use the gate from Crown Parkway and check in at the office using the door on the south side of the building. If you go through the revolving security door, go fast and push hard it locks in just a few seconds regardless if you go through or not. The ramp is on the south-eastern corner of the warehouse, next to the generator."

"Garlinda Lewis delivered 19 doors for me today. She was extremely careful and polite. The driveway was long and uphill. Hats off to her hard work and dedication! She saw it through without any issue. She has been to our house a couple of times, all with very heavy materials. Approached every delivery with care. Thanks Garlinda!"

"Fedex Freight called me on Thursday to schedule a freight delivery for the following Tuesday. Made the appointment between 11am-3pm. I called at 3:30pm asking where it was. I was told that it's 3.5 hours away and won't be delivered today. They said that they could call me tomorrow to see if it arrived at the local terminal and then schedule it for the next day. Well, what was the point in scheduling it in the first place if it wasn't even close? The guy I talked to didn't care that they messed it up, nor that I took the day off to wait for their scheduled delivery that never showed. I don't recommend them at all. Very incompetent."

"This 1 star is for the guy who sits in the office by the door and is over shipping and receiving.Waited at this place 4 hours because he refused to take the pallets cause he said it did not match paperwork. I left and returned, he said they faxed him new paperwork that was the same paperwork I initially had. Guys like this who care nothing about another mans time should find another line of work. The staff around him is great and how he is so horrible is beyond me. If you deliver here, hope you do not have to deal with him."
