"Won’t pay as promised. Deceptive business practices. Be careful working with this brokerage."
"Our company showed up with a truck as sold to the broker. The site refused to legally load the truck to make sure the axels were underweight, the loading site said they would rather take the load off than do as the driver asked and shift the load forward. We relayed this all to the broker and he assured us he would get us a TONU. After requesting a few updates the broker informed us that he wouldn’t be paying the TONU he had already agreed to pay. Be weary of deceptive business practices. This was a Friday afternoon load and cost the driver and our company three days of revenue."
