"This place is amazing! Had an employee running their power mop in the earlier evening forced us out of the way twice, once while we were trying to browse the meat department, and another as we were trying to use the self checkout. I'm appalled that management allows such behavior. As a former Food Lion employee who mopped the floors with a traditional bucket and mop before they started having power mops, such behavior would have been completely unacceptable. Never would I have expected a customer to just get out of my way. Love it!"

"The driver left our package at the bottom of a 500 foot driveway, by the road, in the rain despite my instructions on Fed Ex sight to leave at my front porch. This also means he/she put the Fed Ex truck in danger by backing out into a blind curve rather than drive up to our house to leave the package, as instructed, where there is a safe turnaround."

"I have got to start telling online retailers to not ship FedEx. A package that only touches 2 locations gets lost in this black hole in concord, now I get to argue with a parts supplier to send another one or what until FedEx decides they can't find it. We have customers explicitly tell us not to ship FedEx because of the horrible service we have in our area, too bad I can't remember to tell people I buy from the same. I could have just drove and picked my item I needed, and should have gotten 2 days ago myself."

"The staff here do not care about customers or what their delivery drivers do! Today a FedEx driver delivered a safe that weighs 118 pounds. The company sending the safe required a signature. We were home for the delivery. We heard what sounded like a tree falling. We saw the driver running up the sidewalk to the truck. He had carried the safe up 7 steps to the front porch where he dropped it. The box was crushed and open. He was driving away when we got to the porch. He forged the signature saying we had accepted the delivery. We expected to have to sign and to tell the driver where to drop the safe. Due to our ages and the weight we cannot move the safe to the back of the house and into the garage. My husband drove to this FedEx location immediately to tell them the issue. Their only concern was the driver forging the signature. He is a contract employee. They would not guarantee anyone could come back to move the safe for us. FedEx should do better than this!"

"I shopped for a Birthday gift the day, the before my birthday the order was made. Next day the item was shipped to a FedEx facility - in less than four hours! The tracking shows each stop along the way where the package was transferred from one facility to the next. Lastly for today the shipment is showing Bing in Legrand Oregon where I suppose it’s likely the truck driver is taking a break. I appreciate the work the guys do that go into this because I know at this time the roads in Wy, or the Blue Mountains are sheeny, foggy and other winter conditions which could change for the worse from one day to the next."
