"We walked the trail with our dogs early in the morning while the ground was still mostly frozen. It is very flat and mostly marsh land that you walk through. As it got warm and thawed it got very wet and muddy. Definitely wear appropriate shoes and bring and extra pair for the ride home! Probably ok for bird watching but wouldn't recommend for a walk/hike."
"Generally easy walk. Trails are fairly easy to follow. Usually quite muddy so plan accordingly. Terrific bird viewing!"
"My first time here and I loved it. Mostly flat, but nice and dry today. And it was just beautiful. The point in the field on the lookout bridge was amazing surrounded by the cattails."
"Beautiful place to hike or look for wildlife. It has a couple sections with water where you can find fish, turtles, and frogs. There is a bird viewing area, and you can find snakes in a lot of spots. Nice to visit any time of year. Definitely worth visiting"
"Drove by Tillman Road Wildlife Park and felt compelled to check it out. It is generally an easy walk for most (not wheelchair or handicap friendly). There are some inclines with loose gravel / sand along with some narrowing trails. It was dry when we went, as there hasn't been any measure able rain in a month. I could see low spots that would make a hike more of an adventure, if the ground was wet. There is ample parking and it was not very busy. Quite a few people had dogs. There are signs saying they must be "leashed". There are a couple small lakes (ponds). It is unique and certainly worth checking out. Its not too big and using Google maps you can see most of the trails (as they are not marked). Some of the trails could use trimming and some of the wood (especially on some of the bridges) that are in need of repair. Some of the signage for birds etc, are worn or are missing pieces. Otherwise it's a nice trail / wild life area."
