The Box Office, located on the upper level of the Cultural Life Center, is open one hour prior to ticketed events for sales and pre-purchase ticket pick up. In the event of a performance cancellation, refunds will be issued or new tickets will be issued if the performance is rescheduled.
Refunds and exchanges are subject to a $3.00 per ticket fee and must be requested prior to the day of the show. Late arrivals are accommodated during seating breaks at the discretion of the House Manager and artist.

"I went to see the Little Mermaid January 2024. I sat in the balcony. The seats in the balcony have plenty of leg room. Do note that you can not access the balcony from the lower level. The balcony entrance is right next to the box office. Parking is limited, so for a closer spot, I would recommend getting there at least 30 minutes - 45 minutes in advance. The doors opened 30 minutes before show time at 1:30. This was a fantastic show!"
