In the summer the splash pad an swimming pool provide fun activities and they also have a skate rink, along side tennis courts. I love that this park has a piece of history attached to it, it was used as a " A Speakers' Corner is an area where free speech open-air public speaking, debate, and discussion are allowed." this tradition is still carried out an preserved in the UK at their own Hyde Park in London."
"I take my grandkids here to play soccer. The staff is very friendly. They give away free sports equipments with their program to pay it forward. My granddaughter got cleats and socks. It really came in handy and I'm thankful for that. Other sport programs should do the same. Sports equipments are very expensive and hits hard in the pockets. I have to go thrift hunting to get equipments."
